Wedding Day Timeline Builder

Heirlooms, Not Hashtags

This builder creates a complete timeline for your entire day — one your whole vendor team can work from. Take it at your own pace. Nothing here is permanent, and your progress saves automatically on this device.

Step 1 of 5

Your Wedding

Just the basics — who, when, and where. This is what will appear at the top of your printed timeline.

Used to calculate your exact sunset and golden hour time.

How should this person appear on the timeline?

Leave blank if getting ready together or if there's only one person.

⚠️ With a large bridal party in hair & makeup, mornings can run 5–7 hours. Make sure your getting-ready start time gives plenty of runway before the ceremony.
Step 2 of 5

Before the Ceremony

Where are you getting ready, and when does the morning begin? Leave start times blank and the builder will estimate them for you based on your party size.

Step 3 of 5

Ceremony & Reception

Ceremony start time is the only required field. Everything else helps build a more complete timeline.

Leave blank to auto-calculate from ceremony + travel time.

If you have a hard end time, enter it — it anchors your send-off timing.

Leave blank to auto-calculate, or set a specific time.

Step 4 of 5

What's Included in Your Day?

Check everything that's part of your day. Only what you check will appear on your timeline. Nothing is pre-selected — this is entirely your day.

💡 Private vow exchanges work beautifully as part of a first look, or just before the ceremony if you are getting ready together. If you are planning a traditional first reveal at the altar, consider saving your vows for the ceremony itself.
💡 Sparkler tip: Plan 10–15 minutes to gather guests outside before the exit. This is typically the final photograph of the night — make sure everyone knows to come together right on time.
Golden hour is already built into your timeline. Based on your wedding date and location, the builder automatically calculates your exact sunset time and places a golden hour portrait window 60 minutes before. You don't need to do anything — it will appear on your generated timeline.

This won't appear on the vendor timeline — it's just for planning and context.

Step 5 of 5

Your Vendor Team

Check every vendor who's part of this wedding. At minimum, add anyone whose arrival time matters — caterer, DJ, officiant, florist. Only the vendors you check will expand for details.
